Yes — the Summit offers 20 CME credits. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Antigua & Barbuda Medical Council, which designates it for continuing medical education (CME) credit. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with their participation, available for November 13 and 14, whether attending in person or virtually. Non-physician participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Business casual throughout the conference. Meeting rooms run cool, so light layers are worth packing. The Friday evening welcome reception at Government House is by invitation only, with the dress code noted on the invitation.
Yes — the Friday & Saturday program (migraine, stroke, and epilepsy) is available as a 2-day virtual registration, and Sunday's nursing day can be registered separately. Virtual registrants get livestream access plus 30 days of session recordings. Streaming platform details will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the event.

Yes — the AUA Campus Conference Center is a modern, purpose-built facility with wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating throughout. Yes — free parking is available on the AUA campus for in-person attendees, with signage directing you to the conference center on arrival.
Yes — all keynote and breakout sessions are recorded. Virtual Pass holders get on-demand access after the conference. In-person attendees can request recording access separately through the contact details below.
Refund requests are honored up to 3 days before the Summit begins, subject to a 20% processing fee — requests received after that window aren't eligible, and all refund requests are subject to review. Registration transfers to another attendee are also permitted, subject to availability and any difference in registration fees.
